Our Research & Development division is the cornerstone of Indutch Composite Technology Pvt. Ltd.’s innovative ecosystem. Focused on advanced material systems, automation, and next-generation composite manufacturing technologies, the R&D function accelerates concept-to-product realization while ensuring performance, quality, and scalability.

DSIR-Certified R&D Center

Indutch operates a dedicated, DSIR-recognized Research & Development Center spread across approximately 8,000 sq. ft. The facility reflects our long-term commitment to scientific research, engineering excellence, and the adoption of emerging composite technologies. It supports structured design and development for the wind energy sector as well as non-wind composite applications, enabling both exploratory research and industrial validation.

Concepts are rigorously validated using advanced digital engineering tools before full-scale manufacturing. The R&D team utilizes Siemens NX, Solid Edge, and ANSYS for detailed modelling, structural and thermal simulations, and manufacturability assessments. This ensures robust design validation and optimized performance throughout the product lifecycle.

Precision Metrology & Inspection

To ensure dimensional accuracy and process reliability, the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art metrology systems, including:

These are complemented by digital vernier calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, radius gauges, distometers, and surface measurement instruments, enabling precise inspection during prototype development and production trials.
